You know the teachings. You want your life to catch up.
Most of the people who come to us for private coaching are not beginners. You have read the books, taken the courses, and had the breakthroughs. You know what you are supposed to do. What you want is someone who will walk beside you while you actually do it, in your real life, with your real relationships, at the pace that is true for you.
Private coaching is for you if you are carrying something you cannot put down on your own: a resentment that will not lift, a relationship that keeps breaking in the same place, a pattern you can see clearly and still cannot seem to change. It is for you if you are walking one of our programs and want the teaching applied directly to your life rather than in general. It is for you if you have done the inner work and are ready for it to become an outer life.
It is not for you if you are looking for someone to fix you, or for a quick fix at all. We do not offer those. What we offer is a process, practiced together, until it becomes yours.
What private coaching makes possible
Coaching does not add anything to you. It helps you remove what was never you, faster and with less suffering than doing it alone.
Release what you have been carrying.
Resentment, shame, fear, and the stories you were handed and never questioned. Together we find what is heaviest, and we walk it through the process of release, stage by stage, until it is gone rather than managed.
Relationships that hold.
Alliances with yourself, with others, and with the Divine, and the boundaries that protect them. You practice them in the relationships you actually have, with a guide who helps you see what you cannot see from inside them.
A life that catches up with what you know.
The gap between what you understand and how you live closes. Practice becomes understanding, understanding becomes wisdom, and wisdom becomes a life you are grateful to be living.
What to expect
We begin with an onboarding session. Before any teaching happens, we design our alliance: what you are here for, how we will work together, what you can expect from us and what we will ask of you. From that session we build your roadmap, the path from where you are to where you want to be, in the order that works.
Sessions run sixty to ninety minutes, weekly or every other week depending on your engagement. Each one is yours: your wins, your obstacles, the place the work is alive in your life right now.
Between sessions you will have practices and assignments. Some are the practices every student of ours learns. Many are written for you alone: a process for the exact conversation you have been avoiding, a practice for the exact pattern that keeps repeating. This is one of the real differences between a course and a coach. The work is bespoke.
You will have a private client portal where your session recordings, your roadmap, and your assignments live in one place, and a private thread inside our community for one-on-one clients only. You will have access to your guide between sessions through that channel, with a clear agreement about how and when, set together during onboarding.
We close every engagement the way we open it: with a session that names what has changed, what you carry forward, and what comes next.
This is education and spiritual practice. It is not therapy and it does not replace it. We will tell you plainly if we are not the right fit, or if it is not the right time.
Three ways to walk with us
Which one is right for you is what the exploratory call is for. The shape of the work follows the shape of what you need.
A single session
One thing. One conversation.
For a specific event, decision, or weight you need to walk through now. One extended session with a guide, a process you can use again, and a written practice to take with you. Portal, community thread, and between-session access are not included at this level.
A three-month container
Where transformation begins to stick.
Our starting point for real change. Onboarding, a roadmap, regular sessions, bespoke practices between them, the private client portal, the one-on-one clients' thread in our private community, and access to your guide between sessions through your portal. Six-month containers are available for those who want to go further.
Coaching alongside a program
The teaching, applied to your life.
Private coaching for the length of one of our programs: six weeks alongside The Alliance Method, or a full year alongside The Alchemy of Desire. Everything in the container above, plus a seat at our live events for the length of your engagement. Year-long clients also have a direct line to their guide for the moments that cannot wait. Offered when you enroll, and available from inside the program at any time.
Longer and custom engagements are shaped together on the call. A small number of private clients are held at any one time, so that each one has our full attention.
Every coaching engagement is fully refundable any time before your first session. After that, it follows our Coaching Agreement.

Private coaching at XLR8yOurLife is with Don Hamm or Rafael Martinez. We trained and certified as coaches together, we teach together, and we each bring our own path to the work. Every exploratory call is with Don. If we agree to work together, Don will be honest with you about which of us is the right guide for what you are carrying, and that is who you will walk with.
It starts with a conversation.
Private coaching is by invitation, and the invitation begins with a call. Forty-five minutes on Zoom with Don, to explore what you are looking for and whether we are the right people to walk it with you. You will be asked a few questions when you book so that the call can go deep from the first minute.
If it is a fit, we will make you an offer for coaching at the end of the call, shaped to the work you need. If it is not, we will tell you plainly and, wherever we can, point you toward what will serve you.
