Our mission
Heaven on Earth starts with you.
The source of almost all suffering comes from forgetting who and what we truly are.
You are divine, and so is everyone and everything all around you.
Most of us have forgotten this.
We do not remember who we are, so we spend decades trying to figure out why we are here and what we are meant to be. We try to build a life of meaning without knowing the meaning of life. We become enmeshed in the struggle for survival and the pursuit of pleasure, significance, and connection. We spend years searching for our purpose only to discover that the things we spend our lives chasing are shallow and hollow, leaving us as empty the moment we achieve or acquire them as we were when we began. We try to build our lives from the ground up, hoping to reach heaven after we die, not realizing heaven has been waiting for us right here, right now, all along.
XLR8yOurLife exists to help you remember. To help you reconnect to the divinity within you and all around you. To help you see that divinity in yourself as well as in others. To help you change your life so that you can help change and heal our world.
Here at XLR8yOurLife we operate from one core belief: heaven on earth is possible. If every person on earth remembered they are divine, and treated themselves and each other in a way befitting that divinity, the world would be a truly transformed place. That transformation starts with you.
We are so connected as a planet that what hurts one of us, including ourselves, hurts all of us, and what heals one of us, including ourselves, heals all of us. For this reason, all healing is self healing. Healing and changing the world starts with us.
At XLR8yOurLife we are committed to The Great Work: committed to helping everyone who joins us move from Victim to Victor to Vehicle in their lives, and committed to helping each of us heal our own hearts so we can help others heal theirs.
Truly healing and transforming our world means it is all of us or none of us. We cannot heal this world without you. So join us in The Great Work. Do it for you and for the people you love. Heaven on Earth starts with you.
The Great Work is not something you can simply learn. It is a process that requires practice.
Have you read the books, bought the courses, gone to the retreats, and yet your life is still a mess? You know the teachings. You have sat in the classes, taken the trainings, had the breakthroughs, and somehow your life and relationships have not caught up with what you know is possible.
Many of us know what to do and have trouble actually doing it. In time, knowledge unapplied becomes toxic to our system: the shame of knowing what to do and not doing it, the pain of knowing what is possible and not experiencing it, the agony of knowing deep inside that we, those we love, and the world as a whole are meant for more, and not being able to reach it.
In some cases, what we have been sold to live for, strive for, and aim for is a shadow: something that makes sense or looks pretty for a while and feels hollow once we have it. Sometimes we are promised quick fixes when we know real work takes time. Sometimes something we learn truly changes our perspective, and we cannot find a way to put it into practice in our lives.
In some cases the problem is with the teachings themselves: teachings that promise comfort instead of requiring commitment, trainings that keep us focused on our human nature rather than our divine nature, courses and seminars full of information and light on application.
Truths that transform are not fads or new findings. They have withstood the test of time. They work for all people in all times because they connect to the core of who and what we truly are, why we are here, and what we came here to do. They require devotion, because how we do one thing tends to be how we do everything, and an unwillingness to apply something true in every area of our lives often leads to its failure to transform any area of our life. Intellectual breakthroughs that do not lead to real transformation are a problem with application, not information. Knowledge must be tested and refined through application. When application becomes a practice it leads to understanding, and when that practice becomes a process it leads to wisdom. Once we have become wise in an area of our lives, we can share it with others, knowing it will work because we ourselves have walked its path.
This is how we move from being a victim of not knowing what to do, to becoming a victor through applying the knowledge we acquire, to becoming a vehicle that can share that knowledge with others who are struggling as we once were.
For this reason, everything we do at XLR8yOurLife follows a threefold path:
Learn what you need to know, and remember what you have forgotten.
Apply what you have learned to heal your relationships with yourself, with others, and with the Divine.
Serve yourself, others, and the Divine through a transformed life.
We do not offer spiritual bypassing or quick fixes. We remind you of The Great Work, provide the practices, processes, and support you need to put what you learn into practice, and connect you to a community of others on the path who will challenge, encourage, and support you along the way.
There is an old African proverb: if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go together. The Great Work is not a personal development project. It is a process that reunites you with your own divinity while uniting you with others on the same path of remembering, embracing, and embodying the divinity within you and all around you.
Alchemy: an ancient process for turning all that is lead in your life into gold.
The ancient alchemists knew that alchemy was never only about turning physical lead into physical gold. True alchemy was the transformation of the self. They never believed that turning lead into gold required turning something we were into something we were not. They believed the gold already existed within us, and that all we had to do was remove everything that was not gold from our lives and purify and refine what remained until the gold already within each of us was all that was left.
In alchemy, the lead in our lives is the darkness and heaviness we carry that dims our light and holds us back from becoming all we truly are. It is the shame, the guilt, the fear, the anger, the resentment, and the temptation to live from our humanness instead of our divinity, which has us pursue and do things that leave us feeling as if we, and others, and even the world around us, are anything but divine.
The gold has been there the whole time. Underneath each painful moment is the lesson we can learn from it, the empathy, care, and compassion that can grow from it, and the healing we can offer others because we ourselves have walked through it. It is in every sunset, every bird's song, every wag of a dog's tail, every laugh of a child. It is in the love we have felt, received, shared, and given. It is in everything unique, beautiful, and magical about you, underneath all the programming, fear, and self doubt that makes it hard to remember, embrace, and embody the gold that was always there.
You do not become gold by becoming someone or something new. You become gold by releasing everything that was never truly you and committing to live in alignment with who and what you truly are. Spiritual alchemy teaches that release as a process and a practice, and guides us through it in an order that works because it has been proven to work for people of different ages, from different places, and from different walks of life, for generations.
Life is not meant to be lived alone or in isolation. All meaningful transformation must help us heal, change, and improve the three relationships that shape our lives: with ourselves, with others, and with the Divine.
With yourself.
Remember who you are. Live your life from that perspective and toward that aim. Release and forgive everything that is not compatible with your divinity.
With others.
Learn how to build relationships that withstand the test of time, ones that you can serve and that serve you in becoming all you truly are and are meant to be, within yourself and together.
With the Divine.
Remember and reconnect to the divinity within you and all around you. The stronger that relationship becomes, the more the Divine goes from being something in which you live and move and have your being, to something that moves through you, making a divine life something that happens not just with you but through you.

Do it for you and for the people you love. Heaven on Earth starts with you.
