This Privacy Policy explains how XLR8yOurLife LLC ("XLR8yOurLife LLC," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with www.xlr8yourlife.com and our programs, courses, memberships, live events, community, coaching, and other services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are

2. Personal Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide: name and email address; billing details (your full payment card information is collected and processed by our payment processor and is not stored by us); form submissions, including messages sent through our contact form and information submitted through our coaching application and other forms; community posts and profile information; and testimonials or other content you choose to provide.
2.2 Information collected automatically: course progress and activity within the Services; email engagement such as opens and clicks; and cookies, device information, log data, and usage information collected through the analytics features built into the Kajabi platform.
2.3 Recordings: live sessions are recorded, and recordings may include your name, image, likeness, voice, and statements, as described in our Terms of Service.
3. How We Use Personal Information
3.1 To provide, operate, and deliver the Services, including account creation, program access, live sessions, and the community.
3.2 To process payments and manage payment plans and subscriptions, including required subscription notices.
3.3 To respond to inquiries, applications, and support requests.
3.4 To send administrative and transactional communications, and marketing communications subject to your right to opt out.
3.5 To improve the Services and develop new content and programs.
3.6 To maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal Bases (EU, EEA, and UK Users)
4.1 If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the following bases: performance of a contract, to provide the Services you purchase; consent, for marketing communications and certain cookies, which you may withdraw at any time; legitimate interests, to operate, secure, and improve the Services where not overridden by your rights; and legal obligation.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Do Not Track
5.1 We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, understand usage, and support marketing. Our analytics are the analytics features built into the Kajabi platform.
5.2 You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how the Website functions.
5.3 There is no common industry standard for responding to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not currently respond to them.
6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
6.1 We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that process it on our behalf to provide the Services:
(a) Kajabi, our website, course, community, and email marketing platform (Kajabi email delivery uses Mailgun).
(b) Kajabi Payments and its underlying processor, Stripe, Inc., for payment processing.
(c) Google Workspace, for business email and documents.
(d) Zoom, for live online sessions and recordings.
(e) Calendly, for scheduling.
6.2 We may also disclose personal information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights, safety, and property, and in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or sale.
6.3 Each service provider processes personal information under its own privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement with us. Stripe processes payment data under the Stripe Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
7. No Sale or Sharing
7.1 We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.
8. Marketing Communications
8.1 Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, and we honor unsubscribe requests within ten (10) business days, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected]. You will still receive transactional and account-related messages.
8.2 If we offer text messaging in the future, we will obtain any required consent and provide opt-out instructions such as replying STOP.
9. Recordings and Community Content
9.1 Session recordings and community posts are handled as described in our Terms of Service. Content you share in the community may be visible to other participants.
10. Data Retention
10.1 We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account and access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.
11. Security
11.1 We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
12.1 The Services are for adults eighteen (18) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under eighteen (18), and we delete it if we learn we have.
13. California Privacy Rights
13.1 This Section is provided consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, whether or not we meet the thresholds for a "business" under those laws.

13.3 Sources: directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from our service providers. Purposes: as described in Section 3. Disclosures: to the service providers in Section 6 for business purposes. We have not sold or shared personal information.
13.4 Your rights: to know and access the personal information we hold, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for such purposes), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
13.5 To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will verify your request using information associated with your account, and you may use an authorized agent.
14. EU, EEA, and UK Rights
14.1 If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to exercise them. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
15. International Transfers
15.1 We are based in the United States and our service providers are generally located there. If you access the Services from elsewhere, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required, we and our providers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
16. Changes
16.1 We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes may also be communicated by email or through the Services.
